The assessment is conducted by our biokineticist and includes a medical history, basic measurements such as weight, height, blood pressure and waist circumference. Then there are seven very simple strength and flexibility tests designed to assess your mobility and functionality. Finally, you will do a walking test on a treadmill to see how your heart rate responds to exercise.

The test takes 40-minutes and you can claim back in full from your medical aid.
